No there shouldn't be. I only had the bumper and winch on it for about 2 weeks. The truck was pretty level beforehand with this setup. Everything is very new.

Sorry I slapped mine on the mpac rack so I can't help ya there. Great buy though! You may be able to make your own bracket/plate that mounts up the same way the mpac would though without too much work.

Good Luck! I've had good results at that dealership with previous cars/trucks. FJ hasn't been there yet as its too new.

Welcome! I am in Los Gatos so not too far from you either. As for roof rack I went with the Baja Rack because it was a bit lower profile than ARB and wind noise is a lot less. I got it from them directly and it showed up the next day.
