The AMAZING Slumberjack cot!
Many people asked about our new cots on the Deer Valley trip, so I thought I'd start a thread on the subject.
BEST. CAMP. SLEEPING. EVER!
That was simply the best I've slept and felt on a camping trip! No back issues, nice to sit on while you dress in the mornings. Handy compartment underneath for keys, water, meds, etc, so no hunting in the middle of the night.
Mark agreed, just wonderful.
It's a heavy bugger, but worth it.

looks like a modern version of an old military cot. I always preferred those to sleeping on a pad or even an air mattress.

Ours is the basic model designed for a 6'-3", 350# guy. Then they make a XL and Super XL (comes with it's own trailer)
It about 24" high and 36" wide. Ann is right, this is the hands down, best outdoor sleep I have had.
The only downside to this cot is the weight. I would guess 50lbs each. They look like they will be around for quite a while.
